AOC is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers' information. Please read the “Privacy Policy” below to better understand the commitments we make to respect and protect the rights of visitors.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF COLLECTION
The primary data collected on the website includes: name, email, phone number, customer address in the contact section. This is the information we require members to provide when sending information for consultation or purchasing products so that we can contact and confirm with the customer on the website to ensure consumer rights.
Members are responsible for the confidentiality and storage of all activities using the services under the information they provide and their email inbox. Additionally, members are responsible for promptly notifying our website about unauthorized use, abuse, breach of security, or retention of their registered name and password by third parties for appropriate resolution.
SCOPE OF USE OF INFORMATION
We use the information members provide to:
- Contact to confirm orders and deliver goods to members when receiving requests from members;
- Provide information about products to customers if requested by customers;
- Send marketing and promotional emails about goods we sell;
- Send notifications about activities on the website;
- Communicate and resolve with users in special cases;
- Not use personal information of users for purposes other than confirmation and contact related to transactions.
- When requested by judicial authorities including: the Procuracy, the court, the police investigating specific legal violations by customers.
INFORMATION STORAGE DURATION
The personal data of members will be stored until the management board requests deletion. In all other cases, member's personal information will be kept confidential on our server.
INDIVIDUALS OR ORGANIZATIONS THAT MAY ACCESS PERSONAL INFORMATION
Entities allowed to access customers' personal information are:
- Company employees;
- Partners with signed contracts to perform part of the company's services. These partners will receive information according to the contract agreement (part or all of the information depending on the terms of the contract) to assist users in using the services provided by the company.

MEANS AND TOOLS FOR USERS TO ACCESS AND EDIT THEIR PERSONAL DATA
Members have the right to self-check, update, adjust, or cancel their personal information by contacting the website management board through the hotline 0903356718 or via email at viewsolution.aoc@gmail.com.
Members have the right to file complaints about the content of information security by contacting the website management board. Upon receiving these feedbacks, we will confirm the information, depending on the extent, we will take timely handling measures.
MECHANISM FOR RECEIVING AND RESOLVING CONSUMER COMPLAINTS
All disputes arising between the company and users will be resolved through negotiation. If the agreement is not reached as desired, either party has the right to bring the case to the competent People's Court for resolution.
When disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation as mentioned above, the aggrieved party gathers evidence such as emails and messages and contacts the company. The company will contact the complainant to resolve the issue. If the case is beyond our authority, we will recommend transferring the case to the competent authorities. In this case, we will still coordinate to protect the best interests of the aggrieved party.
The personal information of members is committed to absolute confidentiality according to the personal information protection policy. The collection and use of each member's information is only done with their consent unless otherwise required by law.
Not using, transferring, providing, or disclosing to any third party the personal information of members without their consent.
In case the server storing the information is hacked, resulting in the loss of members' personal data, we will be responsible for notifying the authorities for timely investigation and handling and informing the members.
Absolutely secure all online transaction information of members including digital invoice documents. The management board requires individuals to register/purchase goods to provide full personal information such as: name, contact address, email, phone number... and is responsible for the legality of the information above. The management board does not take responsibility or handle all complaints related to the rights of that member if all personal information provided during initial registration is incorrect.
