AOC Monitor Warranty Policy
Warranty Period
The standard warranty period for AOC monitors is 36 months (03 years) from the date of purchase (the purchase date is the date shown on the purchase documents including the purchase invoice along with the delivery note stating the product serial number), but no more than 42 months from the date of manufacture
If the customer cannot provide documents including the purchase invoice along with the delivery note stating the product serial number and the product is more than 39 months from the date of manufacture, the product is considered out of warranty and ineligible for warranty service.

Warranty Processing Time
The warranty processing time for AOC monitors is: 5 working days at the Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi centers, 8 working days at the Can Tho and Da Nang centers.
For Gaming & Graphics monitors, the time is 8 working hours at the Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang centers, and no more than 3 working days at the Can Tho center.
Working Hours
Working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Friday, and from 8 AM to 11:30 AM on Saturday.

Exchange Conditions
Within 14 days from the date of purchase and no more than 180 days from the date of manufacture, if your product has a defect attributable to the manufacturer, you may exchange it for a new product by contacting the nearest Service Center.
Warranty Conditions
- The warranty service applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- The warranty service is provided by authorized service centers designated by AOC.
- The warranty does not apply to products purchased in a country other than the user's country of residence.
- Proof of purchase is required in all cases, including:
- Original VAT invoice.
- Delivery note clearly stating the model and serial number of the purchased monitor.
- Proof of purchase must not be torn, patched, or altered.
- The warranty service only applies to products with models and serial numbers displayed on the purchase invoice.
- During the warranty period, the product will be repaired by replacing a part of the product. Full replacement will be carried out in cases where parts or accessories are unavailable or the model has been discontinued.
- In cases where the product is fully replaced (at the discretion of the authorized service center), an equivalent product will be provided if the warranty product has been discontinued. The warranty period for this replacement product will follow the warranty period of the original product.
- In cases of repair or replacement of any part of the product, the repair or replacement time will not be excluded from the warranty period.
- The authorized service center has the right to retain any part or component replaced.
- The warranty service does not apply to any external accessories such as connecting cables, remote controls, batteries, stands, adapters, 3D glasses, etc.
- In all cases, the user must ensure that the product is properly packaged. Any damage due to improper packaging may incur repair charges.
- The warranty will automatically expire upon the warranty period's end, even if the product is not used for any reason.
- We reserve the right to change any terms and conditions of the warranty at any time without prior notice.
Warranty Denial Conditions
- The product serial number is counterfeit or the serial number on the product is not visible, or the serial number is torn, patched, erased, or missing.
- Customers open or repair the product themselves.
- Customers fail to provide purchase documents to the authorized service center upon request.
- The product is damaged due to use in a high-humidity environment or misuse according to the user manual.
- The monitor is determined by the authorized service center technician to be damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repair.
- The product is damaged due to external causes beyond control, such as lightning, explosion, fire, improper grounding, flood, earthquake, terrorism, or any other natural disaster.
- The monitor is scratched or discolored on the body.
- The product is physically damaged by the user, such as cracked, broken, dented; scratched panel; liquid spills; panel dust, etc. For any user-caused damage, physical damage, liquid crystal damage on the Panel (screen), defects caused by liquid spills like air bubbles (commonly referred to as black dots on the screen), patches or mural effects due to uneven external pressure on the panel, internal panel dust, defects arising from any modifications or changes made to the electrical circuit or physical structure of the product.
- Dead pixels within the technical allowance: 3 bright dots or 3 dark dots, or a total of no more than 5 dead pixels.
- Products imported from other countries and not distributed by the official distributor in Vietnam.
- Software issues related to incorrect installation or use of software, or software containing viruses, or software errors are not considered product defects and the customer may be charged for repairs.
